“If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me.”  (Psalm 139:9-10)

Are you beginning to see the breadth and depth of the Lord’s presence?  Everything He has made He takes an interest in.  He did not just make everything and let it go.  He cares about all that He has made.  Jesus said that a sparrow does not fall to the ground but that the Lord knows about it.  Take comfort that every moment of every day the Lord is always with You and never leaves you.

Lord, in times I consider bad I am unable to reconcile these thoughts.  Bad things do happen and You are there.  Yet I know that You are also working everything together according to Your purpose.  When I am in a place beyond my ability to reason, grant that I would live in faith, trusting You above all things.  This is most especially true where my reason gets in the way of faith.

Lord Jesus, You have said that You are with us always, even unto the end of the age.  Guide me, Lord, in the way of faith that I would focus more upon where You are leading me than upon my ability to reason everything out.  Lead me to learn to trust in every circumstance that I may walk by faith, being led by Your Spirit in the way You know I need to go.  Help me to always trust in You.  Amen.
