“He turned their heart to hate His people, to deal craftily with His servants. He sent Moses His servant, and Aaron, whom He had chosen.” (Psalm 105:25-26)

Throughout history, leaders turn away from what is good and begin persecuting others for their own gain. It happened before and it will happen again until the end. The Lord raises up those who stand in opposition to the crafty. He chose Moses and Aaron. Know that the Lord knows the unfolding of history and all things are in His hands. He knows where you are and all that will happen.

Lord, there is so much speculation about things and how they will unfold. Guide me, O Lord, in the way You would have me go that I would not chase after speculations, but live in the truth You have revealed once for all. Lead me, O Lord, in the way of truth knowing that all things are in Your hands. Through Your Word, lift up my heat to trust in Your goodness and mercy.

Holy Spirit, minister to my heart, especially when circumstances confuse me. Help me now and always to see the truth that all history is in Your hands. No matter what happens, You have always been God and the unfolding of events are according to Your will. Lead me this day to humbly trust in Your provision knowing that I am in Your arms of grace and mercy forever. Amen.
